Job Summary

Job Description

Stellar is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager (Inside Sales) for BitRaser data erasure software. The ideal candidate should have a total of 10-12 years of experience, with minimum of 5 years proven software sales experience, preferably selling B2B software, demonstrating a track record of success in Sales.

The candidate must have flexibility to work in night shifts.

  • Generate new business opportunities from inbound leads for self and for team
  • Qualify client needs and recommend suitable software
  • Conduct impactful software demos to facilitate sales closure
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations of team, including sending proposal, negotiating orders etc.
  • Responsible for business sales targets
  • Cultivate positive client relations and seek customer testimonials cum case studies
  • Secure repeat orders by cross selling and/ or upselling
  • Provide customer feedbacks periodically to R&D, support & marketing team
  • Actively participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, events, and exhibitions in the US and Europe primarily

Key Responsibilities

Desired Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 10 plus years of expertise in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales for the USA region or Inbound Sales with a focus on Business Development
  • At least 5 years experience must be in selling a technical B2B software

Qualification

  • UG: B.E., B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc. or any other Graduate
  • PG: Preferred an MBA in Sales & Marketing/ International business
