Requirements
- Able to deliver accurate reports and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite, in particular Excel
- Highly analytical
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Capability to work on multiple tasks at one time while maintaining high-quality standards
- Great interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum / Kanban
- 2+ years experience
Key tasks
On a typical day, you may be:
- Attending internal meetings with members of the leadership team
- Taking meeting notes and ensuring any actions are assigned and completed
- Analysing requested and reported time for our portfolio of projects
- Creating reports to go out to our clients to show what work has been completed
- Ensuring tasks are set up and assigned within our delivery and operational management tools
- Supporting the product team with delivery management
- Working with the other members of the P&D team to embed new processes into the company
Experience Required :
