Junior Project Manager Job in Enquero

Responsibilities

As a Junior Project Manager in Enquero s Transformation Plus unit, you will help to establish the roadmap and content for enhanced or new client products, for our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your wide range of experiences, developed professional concepts as well as understanding of the industry, customer and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways. This job will start your journey as a leader within the organization.Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role.

• Assist senior program manager and PMO office and should have the ability to work individually or mentor a small group inan Agile environment.
• Communicate and Collaborate effectively with global customers, external vendors and internal team to drive results.
• Lead a small group & supports the project vision, strategy and roadmap for new and enhanced products
• Embrace new technologies and work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality.
• Supports the development of best practices for the project as required by following standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can readily be obtained.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and track project performance, status
• Contributing to your BU/Practice by
  • Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
  • Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
  • Actively participate in organizationlevel activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Bachelor s (Graduate) Degree, Specialization in Management courses, or MBA is a plus
• 4+ years of overall experience. Major roles played in this duration should be scrum master and business analyst.
• Capable of being a scrum master for one to three scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams.
• Facilitate agile activities and meetings, including sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, tasking, estimating, and agile release planning
• Must be willing and able to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution
• Assist the team with implementing effective agile disciplinary practices
• Work with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, leadership visibility, appropriate prioritization, and to keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good understanding of programming technique such as Java is a plus

PREFERRED

• Good to have BA background
  • Experience in managing requirement workshops, user story creations, scenario use case definitions.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle, Relational databases, UX design etc.
  • Familiarity with Web app and mobile app development process.
  • Experience in process flow, data flow diagrams, user acceptance testing, user training documentation.
