Fp&a Data Analyst Job in Soroco

We are looking for a candidate who does not simply report but can process data and turn it into valuable insights and recommendations that lead to change. Key job responsibilities are: Maintain/enhance existing as well as develop new global financial analytics PowerBI reports and dashboards. Manage the design, development, and delivery of self-service data infrastructure, ensuring data quality and proper governance Work with Finance team to understand analytical and reporting expectations, underlying source data, and associated business rules Take lead in identifying and implementing automation opportunities within Finance. Turn raw customer usage data into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports Regularly review reports and dashboards with business teams, bring attention to underlying areas and resolve. Ability and willingness to independently work & co-ordinate with cross-functional teams and be responsible for fast-paced execution Communicate effectively within a geographically diverse company, both within the immediate team and with business users across the organization Who We Are Looking For MBA/ B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Com with 3-10 years of experience in Data Analytics Power BI and SQL proficieny (Mandatory) Advanced Excel (Mandatory) Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver actionable insights. Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organisation. Strong communication skills both written and verbal; ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Performs well in an agile environment with competing priorities and multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English. Experience working within data and analytics with extensive experience in business performance analytics.
