Job description
We are looking to hire US IT Recruitment Professionals with good experience to support our Direct Client Requirements. If selected, you would work on US IT requirements primarily.
Excellent Working Environment for both Male and Female Recruiters.
Salary: Negotiable( depending on Experience) Min 4 Lakhs ..Max 10 lakhs.
Experience : 5 + year relevant.
Designation : Sr. Technical Recruiter.
This is a Night Shift job & working hours will be 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST
Qualification:
1) Minimum 5 years of US IT recruitment experience.
2) Must have a good attitude & excellent communication skills
3) Expert in sourcing resumes from job portals (JobDiva, Dice, Monster, Linkedin etc.)
4) Expert in using Boolean search strings.
5) Good exposure in the full cycle of technical recruitment which involves sourcing, screening
and interviewing and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
6) Excellent communication skills and ability to work with US Citizens / Green Card holders and EAD's for W2 Contracts.
7) Good understanding of contract types (W2, 1099, corp to corp)
