Must have of hands on experience into US Recruitment exp.

Excellent communication skills.

Must have good consultants network within Dallas region

Hands on experience on end to end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies

Should have worked for direct clients W2 positions.

Responsible to work on Full time & W2, C2H (Contract to Hire) position.

Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.

Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.

Must have good convincing and closing skills to convert identified leads

Must be results driven and goal oriented
