Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to growth in the India & APAC via sales development
- Represent the business at sales and marketing events throughout the year
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales revenue targets
- Achieve and exceed ambitious outreach KPIs and activity levels. Dials and Emails targets
- Meticulously develop and nurture leads through opportunities
- Ability to forecast accurately and maintain hygiene levels on Salesforce
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies with our Sales Development Manager, India
Background required
- Experience required 6 to 10 Years
- 3+ years of a successful, stable career as an SDR in B2B software sales / Contract Management CLM Post-Signature experience is ideal. SaaS background will be an advantage
- Strong track record of achievement, demonstrating the ability to excel in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable selling into large and enterprise-sized businesses
- Demonstrable determination to generate leads and deliver deals
- Proven experience of successfully meeting telesales targets
- CRM experience (ideally Salesforce)
- Development Tools Experience (Lusha, LI Premium, Outreach,)
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
