Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to growth in the India & APAC via sales development
  • Represent the business at sales and marketing events throughout the year
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales revenue targets
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious outreach KPIs and activity levels. Dials and Emails targets
  • Meticulously develop and nurture leads through opportunities
  • Ability to forecast accurately and maintain hygiene levels on Salesforce
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies with our Sales Development Manager, India

Background required

  • Experience required 6 to 10 Years
  • 3+ years of a successful, stable career as an SDR in B2B software sales / Contract Management CLM Post-Signature experience is ideal. SaaS background will be an advantage
  • Strong track record of achievement, demonstrating the ability to excel in a target-driven environment
  • Comfortable selling into large and enterprise-sized businesses
  • Demonstrable determination to generate leads and deliver deals
  • Proven experience of successfully meeting telesales targets
  • CRM experience (ideally Salesforce)
  • Development Tools Experience (Lusha, LI Premium, Outreach,)
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
