Job Overview Position Summary: - Investigate integrity breaches reported through the whistleblower hotline, by external parties, and by employees. - Conduct comprehensive investigations in line with the organization's internal protocols to identify and gather necessary evidence. - Prepare detailed investigation reports and summaries, including supporting evidence, and present findings to management upon completion. - Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of evidence for future reference and potential legal requirements. - Perform process audits, technical audits, and risk assessments across SGS India s operations and laboratories. - Evaluate process adherence, identify control gaps, and implement corrective measures. - Report audit results to relevant stakeholders and collaborate on recommendations and implementation plans. Qualifications Essential: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Commerce; Postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, or Science. Desirable: - Experience in conducting fraud and forensic investigations. - Proven ability to perform process and field audits. - Familiarity with quality management systems, risk management, and compliance. Specialization: - Prior experience in investigation, fraud management, and compliance. Experience: - 3 to 10 years in a relevant field.
