This person will be responsible to take care of compliance and corporate governance matters of company at for AMEA region working in contracts review, corporate governance, and compliances Employing Organisation will be Avantor Performance Materials India Private limited.
What we're looking for:
Education: CS (Mandatory)/ LLB Preferred
Experience:
- Associate member of the institute of company secretaries
- Experience of min 7-8 years at Indian or multinational companies
- Experience of working in pharma, life-sciences or manufacturing industry experience will be added benefit
- Experience of working in countries beyond India will be an added benefit
- Ability to work as an individual contributor with minimum supervision
How you'll thrive and create an impact:
- To support the corporate governance function for Avantor entities in India and AMEA region including board meetings, shareholders meetings, statutory filings, drafting of minutes changes in management etc.
- Work on drafting reviewing finalizing of various contracts for business needs
- Managing Foreign exchange laws related compliance for Indian entities
- Managing Outside Counsel for corporate governance
- Handle legal compliances including licenses and regulatory for company
- Work in collaboration with other functions for their requirement
- Manage data, and reporting of compliances
- Implement Global policies for FCPA, trade compliances, licenses, corporate governance, regulatory compliance etc.
