Job Description / Responsibilities
1. Build instant rapport and achieve customer delight through the entire sales process 2. Researching and qualifying new leads 3. Communicating with potential target clients, making outbound calls, following up on leads and partner until client sign up 4. First level pitch, presenting and demonstrating features of services 5. Understanding client need and identifying opportunities for partnering 6. Responding to potential clients queries and scheduling follow up calls 7. Fixing subsequent levels of meeting with client and management 8. Creating and maintaining a database of prospective client information including background research 9. Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics 10. Watch on industry updates and guidelines as well as competition/ market watch

Persuasive and goal-oriented, should possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor 4. Self-motivated and self-directed 5. Tenacity to handle probable rejection or unresponsiveness and continue on with a positive attitude 6. Knowledge of sales process from initiation to closure 7. Ability to take responsibility and work independently or as an active member of a team, when required 8. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience is ideal
