Job Summary

Job Description This role will focus on two marketing portfolios - Digital Manufacturing Services and Alliance Marketing. The role requires strategic thinking, the ability to create new value propositions, and the development and implementation of a global marketing strategy. The candidate will also need to establish strategic relationships and collaborate with various teams. Key responsibilities include: DIGITAL MANUFACTURING SERVICES: Value Propositions and Global Marketing Strategy Develop new value propositions and a global marketing and communications strategy that positions the brand as a leader in Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing services. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including Digital Manufacturing, to create new value propositions. Campaign and Demand Generation Develop and optimize effective marketing and demand generation campaigns, taking a data-driven approach to multi-touch strategy and conversion. Bring creative new ideas, approaches, and best practices for delivering targeted and differentiated campaigns. ABM Strategy Lead, coach, and inspire business unit and sales teams to execute ABM programs that drive leads and pipeline within key accounts. Design customer outreach programs for target account engagement and funnel impact. Content Development Drive the development of relevant content and package case studies and customer testimonials to further propel the Digital Manufacturing story of the brand. Sales Support and Internal Communication Support the creation of internal communication and sales training material for new value propositions. Partnership Marketing: Alliance Relationship Management Develop and maintain strategic relationships with alliance partners. Collaborate with partners to design and deliver co-branded marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between partner activities and company objectives. Campaign Development and Execution Develop and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns in collaboration with alliance partners. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and return on investment. Content Development Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop relevant content for co-branded campaigns. Package case studies and customer testimonials to further enhance the value proposition of our alliances. Sales Support and Internal Communication Support the creation of internal communication and sales training material related to alliance partnerships and campaigns. Work closely with sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell our partnered solutions. Good to have: - Strong storytelling skills and the ability to capture people s imagination with compelling content. - Ability to conceptualize & execute multi-touch marketing campaigns, with demonstrable experience in working with multiple stakeholders. - Holistic understanding of all aspects of marketing, including branding, communications, events, analyst relations, PR & media, customer-focused workshops, and social media. - Good grasp of the latest technology trends IoT, analytics, augmented reality, cloud services, and proficiency in using Pardot for marketing automation. - Content writing experience, with the ability to transform technical inputs into impactful value propositions and thought leadership assets. - Good understanding of leveraging LinkedIn, Bing, and programmatic advertising on digital platforms. - Team player mentality, as the role requires coordination with multiple teams. Must haves: MBA + Engineering background preferred. However, prior experience in handling alliance marketing campaigns will be given priority. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in alliance marketing or a similar role.
