As a Social Listening Specialist at Schbang, you'll:

  • Uncover the Digital Landscape: Utilize powerful tools like Konnect Insights, Locobuzz, Meltwater, and Salesforce Social Studio to monitor and analyze vast amounts of social media data.
  • Translate Data into Insights: Delve into the data to identify trends, sentiment, and emerging topics that impact our clients' brands.
  • Shape Effective Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven social listening strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Measure Success: Conduct in-depth campaign analysis to measure the impact of digital activities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Deliver Impactful Reports: Generate comprehensive reports with clear insights, actionable recommendations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively Identify Issues: Be vigilant in identifying potential risks and challenges in digital activities, offering timely solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2.5-3 years of experience in social listening and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in social listening tools like Konnect Insights, Locobuzz, Meltwater, and Salesforce Social Studio.
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems, with experience working with CRM a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach.
  • (Preferred) Previous exposure to WhatsApp Business Enterprise platform and experience in a marketing agency.
