Social Media Marketing:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Co-ordinate with product teams and plan campaign
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) across various social platforms. Partner with agency and come up with ideas on new content, be it product or brand or events.
  • Community Management: Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Create campaign calendar for the month
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.

Digital Analytics:

  • Data Collection: Set up and manage tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to collect data on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on social media and digital marketing performance to stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to experiment with different content formats, ad variations, and targeting strategies to improve results.
  • Performance Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to refine social media and digital marketing strategies for maximum impact

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing and digital analytics, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective algorithms.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
    • Expertise in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Social media and content marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills.
