Job Summary

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Online Reputation Management (ORM):

    • Monitor and manage the brand s reputation across social platforms.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, complaints, or requests on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, and more.
    • Develop and maintain logical solutions for addressing issues and communicate them effectively.
  • Content and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the team to generate creative and engaging content.
    • Create content that addresses customer concerns in real-time with clarity and professionalism.
  • Process and Presence Management:

    • Establish and implement processes for key ORM tasks.
    • Seed and post relevant content on blogs and community sites to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Tracking and Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly trackers.
    • Provide insights and updates to ensure continuous improvement in reputation management efforts.
  • Client Servicing:

    • Ensure client satisfaction by effectively addressing their concerns and maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Skills Required:

    • Strong communication and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
    • Excellent writing skills in multiple tones and styles, with impeccable spelling and grammar.
