Job Summary
What do you do?
You are the digital ear for the brand. Your role is to: - Listen into online mentions about a brand/its product as well as the category/competition - Understand the core issues, as well as topics discussed by the audience that directly or indirectly affect the brand - Report your learnings and proactive solutions (if any) on the same. - Create timely reports with a healthy mix of quantitive & qualitative analysis What do we expect you to have: - An investigative mind-set
- Comfort working with high volumes of data (online chatter), and ability to segregate audience conversations into topical clusters for further analysis - Strong understanding of social media marketing to distinguish competitor communication strategy. - Experience with working with listening tools such as Talkwalker, Meltwater, Brandwatch, etc.
- Real time tracking of high-volume brand mentions via listening tools - Maintaining Reporting cadence while taking care of all deliveries as per SOW Desirable qualities: - Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to change - Strong commitment to quality
- Resourceful and creative troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge about Social Media Marketing & Branding
- Team worker
