Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with HR Manager and Hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Working with the /organization's recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Screening Resumes, through ATSandotherchannels.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managersand the HR Manager
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Following up on the interview process status
- Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company s organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
Need to have a laptop and phone
Remuneration:At par with Industrial Standards
Location :Remote until the Pandemic situation eases.
