Immediate Hiring For Talent Acquisition Executive ( Internal Recruiter ) Job in Vedic Systems

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition and/or Recruiting in Technology/ IT Industry
• Should be accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan
• Should administer the recruiting process for a medium-sized or large recruiting demand plan
• Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
• Responsible for a small to medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a medium to large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
• Screen applications and select candidates
• Conduct interviews
• Administer referral process of applicants
• Should have strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a professional and consulting environment preferred
• Must have excellent organizational and project management skills
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required work experience :

We are looking for 2 - 4 years of experienced guys in Recruitment, preferably with 1 year of minimum experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Skills of the Candidate :

1. Should have excellent verbal & written Communication Skills.

2. Should have at least one year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

3. Should be comfortable with the work location i.e., Habsiguda, Hyderabad.

4. Should have strong knowledge in IT Technologies.

Education :

Any graduate or post graduate is preferable for the position.
