Job Summary
Responsibilities :The Manager will be responsible for all of the following functions:
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas,
trends, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing market
foster and develop relationships with HN customers/clients
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to
develop and improve the business
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational
changes
Have a good understanding of the businesses,products or services and be able to adviseothers about them
Have an in depth understanding of stakeholder requirements and build services to align withthose requirements
Engage the team members in the new projects, and encourage them to innovate and execute.
Train members of team, arranging external training where appropriate
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Senior Management team
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
Help to plan marketing campaigns
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to the senior management
team.
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
Monitoring and evaluating development sector trends and drivers.
Co-managing and overseeing the day to day smooth running of the teams
Traveling on an event to event basis (once travel is possible)
Designing and overseeing plans and pilots to test new opportunities for growth
Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
Create, maintain & update internal & external knowledge base.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor s degree is a must. Business administration or management a plus
At least 5 years of work experience in an office setting
Proven working experience as a business development manager, outreach or a relevant
role
Must have managed team size of 7+

Excel skills. Be able to use data to create plans/ strategies and forecasts

UG:B.B.A / B.M.S in Management
PG:MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, Marketing
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
Experience Required :
