Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets related to telecom operations, including customer data, network performance, and service metrics.
  • Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as network uptime, customer satisfaction, and revenue trends.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update telecom databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of key metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Support: Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of MIS tools and systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all data handling and reporting activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all MIS processes, including data collection methods, report templates, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
