Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
- Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee office supplies, file organization, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain a well-functioning office environment.
- Manage travel logistics for employees.
- Assist other team members and facilitate onboarding new hires.
- Plan and coordinate team events and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Management, or related field) or experience in Hotel Management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Prior administrative experience (1-3 years) a plus.
