This full-time role in Noida is a great opportunity to support our team and contribute to a dynamic work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Oversee office supplies, file organization, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain a well-functioning office environment.
  • Manage travel logistics for employees.
  • Assist other team members and facilitate onboarding new hires.
  • Plan and coordinate team events and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Management, or related field) or experience in Hotel Management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Prior administrative experience (1-3 years) a plus.
