Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a focus on the Building Segment Projects for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Residential Projects, Education & Healthcare, IT/ITes, Office Space, and Hospitality sectors, with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Segment Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of customer segments and business methodologies within the building segment.
  • MEP Consultant Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with MEP Consultants to secure brand preference, approvals, and specification incorporation for projects in the Building Segment. Utilize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concept to enhance product positioning.
  • Project Deal Management: Demonstrate expertise in handling large project deals that may run in multiple phases. Possess a working knowledge of Project Management Consultants (PMCs) and Commercial Terms of business to safeguard organizational interests.
  • Distribution Network: Leverage experience in managing Project Distributors/Dealers specializing in Electrical product lines of MEP Projects. Additional advantage for candidates with knowledge of leading contractors involved in turnkey projects.
  • Presentation and Networking: Adept in making compelling presentations, with in-depth knowledge of leading MEP consultants in the city. Demonstrate agility, intelligence, and a competitive edge to excel and outperform competitors.
  • Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience at organizations such as L&T, Legrand, Honeywell, Armstrong, Schindler, Eaton, Mitsubishi, and LAPP will be given preference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. Tech/B.E.) is required.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the Building Segment Projects.
  • Candidates with prior experience at organizations such as L&T, Legrand, Honeywell, Armstrong, Schindler, Eaton, Mitsubishi, and LAPP will be given preference.
  • Age Range: 30 to 38 years.
