Job Summary


Business Development Executive Responsibilities:


  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

  • Calling on leads shared by the marketing department and converting them into customers

  • Doing client reach out through emailing, calling, and prospecting through LinkedIn and other sources

  • Preparing customized proposals and sending the same to clients for pitching

  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

  • Keeping proper track of each lead, prospect, and client. Maintaining CRM software up to date with leads data

  • Convincing clients of our products and services and explaining why we are better than other players in the market


Business Development Executive Requirements:


  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

  • Extensive sales experience.

  • Good understanding of the Digital Marketing, Media, and Advertising industry

  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

  • Professional yet affable disposition.

  • Patient yet aggressive in sales.

  • Innovative and thinking on toes. Knows how to maintain client relationships.

  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.

  • Great networking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

  • Emboldened by challenges.

  • Minimum Sales or BD experience of 2-3 years; with at least 1 to 2-year experience in Digital Sales
