Job Responsibilities:

Thrive to achieve great customer experience while addressing customer issues, inquiries and resolving their queries Being a point of contact for any escalation related to product support Establishing long-term relationships with clients, scheduling meetings, giving demos and handling their queries Will be involved in negotiating terms, pricing and reviewing contracts Working closely with client s business and technical teams to help them in the adoption of the product and increase usage Work closely with the product team to provide regular feedback to enhance & build new features See-through to the launch of new solutions/projects while resolving issues that may pop-up Having regular meetings with clients to have regular feedback, update them about new products and inform them about the development in the current product Manage a team of customer service executive


Job Requirements:

Should be a strategic thinker and have the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly 8+ years of experience in customer experience/customer happiness Should have the ability to understand the product and propose solutions to clients Good Communication: Written & Verbal Candidates with experience in telecom, related protocols, and product startups would be a plus Education: B.Tech / MBA / Graduation in related subjects



Experience Required :

Minimum 8 Years
