Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the integration strategyfor both internal and external API s -Work closely with Business team and Partners product and tech team to prepare Product charter for the year. Prioritize tasks dictated by business and market requirements; and Design, implement, and tests API integrations.
  • Designing and implementing Customer Journey and API integrations - Work with internal stakeholders and Partner product team to design Customer Journey and Integration flows wherever required.
  • Communicating project status -Concurrently work on multiple projects, and with different internal teams and communicate the status, progress, risks, issues, and challenges of ongoing product and process integrations.
  • Documenting requirements - Work with both internal and external stakeholders to design and document customer, product and process flows in BRDs. Work closely with internal development team to get required developments done in a timely manner. You also need to prepare test scenarios for both internal and partner testing and get them tested as part of the development and integration process.
  • Provide Production support to partner teams - Manage bugs and requests for new features. Help resolve technical issues encountered by both partner s team and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities - Identify and suggests process and technology opportunities that can improve business models and customer service offerings.
  • Assessingpartnership performance -Assess gaps in current partnership performance and determines solutions to drive growth.
  • Providing guidance - Provide guidance to developers on best practices for integration standards, security, and performance and Participate in the documentation of best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in API integrations with Partners and external stakeholders

Skills

  • Strong understanding of online / digital insurance market.
  • Good understanding of Motor, Health and Life Insurance product offerings
  • Experience deploying to and managing product integrations across Product lines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance, prioritize, and manage multiple projects of differing priorities and deadlines
