Job Summary Roles & Responsibilities Conduct customer research via calls Communicate with the customers to understand their pain points on the product and convey it to relevant teams Handle the research requirement of various product teams Skills Required 3+ years of experience in the customer service and outcalling Excellent Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language Should have experience in outbound calls Good understanding of MS Word and Excel Should be flexible working over weekends Constant learner, proactive, and follows up when things don't get resolved
