Job Summary

1 Ensuring RCA & CAPA for major failures of Asset and horizontal deployment 2 To ensure and achieve asset performance Target KPI like, Availbility, LPF, MTTR, MTBF, Reliability Factor, cost of mainteance, qulaity of service, Revenue loss etc 3 To monitor the actual performance parmeter Vs contractual of ecah asset and follow up with respective OEM for applicable LD/incentive if any 4 To ensure AHA & reliability audits for our opertaional plants 5 To build and devlop long term strategy for mainteance of assets which are out of warranty 6 To ensure Repowering of plants, exploring & evaluation of new technology deployed at site 7 To ensure technical support to opertaion team for major breakdowns 8 To devlop startegy for O&M spares across fleet and support to SCM team for defining SLA and evaluation for capability of vendors 9 To define SLA with asset OEM to be finalized for future projects 10 To ensure close loop feedback to EPC team for asset performance and reliablity as lesson learnt 11 To impart technical training to operation team and devlop champions at state/region level 12 To ensure routine & special testing of assets and monitor the health status of each assets. 13 To prepare monthly report for asset reliablity,evaluation of technology deployed at site, asset Ranking, RCA & CAPA etc and presenting to senior management 14 To devlop startegy for reduction in O&M cost specifically inventory cost optimisation.

Profile & Eligibility Criteria

1. Education: B.tech

2. Experience: 7 to 10 years
