Job Summary
  • Should have minimum 8 years of experience into HR operations.
  • Experience in IT Industry is preferred.
  • Handle Pre and Post Joining Formalities.
  • Induction for Employees.
  • Maintain Personal Files and the Data of the employees.
  • Maintaining the Employee master file.(HRIS).
  • Coordinating with Medical Insurance third party and employees.
  • Maintain Resource Tracker, Attrition Tracker.
  • Handling the leave data which supports Pay roll.
  • Maintenance of Biometrics system.
  • Coordinate for Training Programs, preparation of Training Calendar.
  • Performance Appraisal Process.
  • Follow up on probation, Employee confirmation.
  • Day to day handling of employee grievances.
  • Handling HR audits.
  • Handling the Exit formalities.
  • Source candidates, short listing candidates, scheduling interviews and interviewing candidates.
  • Handle Full cycle of recruitment.
  • Handle the joining formalities.
  • Assist in making new policies when required.
  • To make developments in sourcing new.
  • Administer employee discipline process.
  • Recreational activities, celebration of birthdays, get together etc.
