Job Description The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources function of the organization. This includes leading the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's overall goals and objectives. The Senior HR Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and leading a team of HR professionals. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage end-to-end talent. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Requirements Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR functions preferably across Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Compensation & benefits. Education: MBA- HR or Masters in Human Resources/related field. Hands-on experience with any HRMS tool and ATS. Thorough knowledge & understanding of HR policies & procedures, equal opportunity & employment legislation related to recruitment. Technically sound with strong Analytical skills, reporting, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and listening skills. Strong team management and communication skills. Ability to work in an ambiguous start-up environment and flexibility to work with rapidly changing plans.
