Job Summary
- Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior HRBP or managerial role.
- Require hands-on experience in handling Onshore teams in the US.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and proven track record of implementing robust employee engagement practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
