Job Summary
Planning of effective program implementation as per the cascade model Overseeing the quality of work of the Online Facilitators Collecting, maintaining the data at all levels of the cascade Creating systems for continuous support, monitoring of the work of Master Trainers as well as Employability Skills trainers Ensuring the availability of resources (online and offline) for Master Trainers and Employability Skills Trainers
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the Master Trainers training for our Employability Skills (ES) program across India. The Training Coordinator will also play a critical role in regional Employability Skills trainings.
Role and Responsibilities:
Program Implementation:
- Support the Online Facilitators in planning, delivery and overseeing of ES trainings in their regions
- Ensure online facilitators deliver trainings, guest sessions as planned
- Conduct gap analysis and program efficacy analysis on a monthly basis to ensure the program quality is continuously monitored
- Ensure delivery of all material and additional support for non-Quest implementation states by Online Facilitators
- Clearly define the role of state teams in project implementation; and coordinate with state teams to ensure the deliverables are met
- Conduct weekly and monthly catch-ups with the online facilitators to check the progress of the training
- Plan and monitor the usage of all 3 online learning systems systematically at every state level Google Classroom, WhatsApp & the Quest App
Managing Online Facilitators:
- Manage day to day operations of Online Facilitators
- Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with online facilitators
- Monitoring, Data and Resource Management: 20%
- Coordinate with the M&E team to develop data and monitoring tools for the project
- Report qualitative and quantitative data on a monthly basis to DGT
- You will be responsible for collecting baseline and end-line assessments for Master Trainers
Required skills and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of full time work experience which includes facilitation, project coordination and working with Govt trainers/educators
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi (and preferably a South Indian language)
- Ability to train, build capacity of, and manage relationships with partner trainers, Govt officials and online facilitators
- Confident about managing teams virtually, and providing continuous support and motivation to the team
- Ability to take initiate to build systems for project management, data monitoring and implementation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams
- Willingness to travel. You are required to travel a minimum of 5 days in a month.
