Job Summary Your Role Knowledge of property laws, lease agreements, and compliance requirements Knowledge of property registration processes, GST regulations, and financial transactions. Coordinate the collection and submission of necessary property documents Maintain a comprehensive repository of property-related documents Manage various Trackers to monitor key milestones and deadlines. Previous experience in property management, real estate operations, or related fields Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. . What We re Looking For Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business administration, or similar field preferred The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with PAN India Real Estate Directors, Brokers, Landlords (LL), and internal teams to ensure seamless property operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Property Operations Coordinator to oversee the documentation processes, Property registration, Financial transactions, across our property portfolio. Qualification :
