Job Summary
  • The top priority of this role is to acquire new clients/customers i.e Client Acquisition.
  • Client Acquisition; Research and identify new opportunities and generate leads. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients. Bring new business to the organization.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Client Management (From requirements to payments). Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Conduct account mapping and planning to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts, and develop strategies to engage and build relationships with them.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop and Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Desired Candidate Profile: - Any Graduate/PG with 3+ years relevant experience in Business Development, Client Management. - Target-driven, very committed, result oriented and dedicated. - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. - Very enthusiastic, presentable, self-motivated with a positive attitude. - Eager to learn and grow. -Strong verbal/written communication skills. - Capable of taking initiatives on their own with minimum level of supervision.
