As a Sales Operations Analytics Specialist at Plivo, you will manage sales data, processes, tech stack and reporting. The main goal is to support the sales team to achieve their revenue goals by assisting in sales data management, pipeline performance management. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in solving complex problems, building best practices, processing and data analysis. Responsibilities Manage sales data, which includes segmentation and data hygiene for better predictive analytics. Work with the sales teams and sales leadership to assist them in ad-hoc requests/activities (e.g. reporting, forecasting, opportunity management, process, SFDC inquiries, general issues/questions, etc.) Implement new technologies as needed to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams Help manage and administer different systems used by the Plivo team (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io) Manage SFDC lead routing and data updates for the sales team. Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation, with a focus on scalability and growth. Produce and maintain sales reports and dashboards. Analyse trends related to organisational performance in order to direct the organization's resources and identify needs. Train staff on new software, processes and produce documentation for sales excellence Work cross functionally with our global marketing, sales, customer success, and finance teams in support of sales processes, projects, and activities.
