Job Summary

This candidate is responsible for performing the activities/responsibilities under Sales Operations Shared Services in India supporting all the GEOs sales and sales operations stakeholders. An ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end Business Process & Metrics Standardization, Project Management and Benchmarking Processes. This candidate would report to the Sr. Manager/Manager/Supervisor, Sales Operations Shared Services and perform the outlined responsibilities designated under the process he/she would support. The team is looking for detail oriented and analytically driven individuals. This role will expand to strategically working within the Shared Services Org. and the Sales Operations teams across GEOs. This is a multi-functional sales operations role. The ideal candidate may demonstrate experience/knowledge in CRM applications viz. SFDC, Oracle EBS, etc. This includes, but not limited to, partner management, territory management and data remediation efforts. Exposed to the areas like Software products and services sales operations, territory planning management, Exec. Level metrics representation, client relationship management, metrics analysis, etc. Responsibilities: 1. Half Year Quota setting Setting of Sales Quotas for approximately +1000 rep plans on a half-year basis. Managing Quota setting process via SharePoint application. Comp Plan entry and verification is associated with this task. Re-evaluating Compensation Plan effectiveness on a half-year basis. 2. Compensation design Keeping Compensation Design up to date at all times. Managing Interim plan changes via CRF (Change Request Form) in Excel format. Coordinating Compensation plans at role level with high level Senior Management to align plans by individual and role. 3. MBO Management - We have up to 100 individuals in the direct and Indirect Sales teams that carry a portion of their salary as an MBO (Measurable Bonus). This MBO may have up to 4 measurable elements per Quarter. These are mostly paid on a Quarterly basisEnsuring that the MBOs are all set, working with the various Operations Managers to ensure they are appropriate and adhering to the expected requirements.Coordinating with MBO process Owners and measure the achieved targets within the MBOs against our forecast outcome. Reporting on actual attainment against MBOs and submitting final attainment to Commissions. 4. First Line Support for Compensation related Sales generated queries in VMStar. Managing the Help Desk to support queries generated from our internal Sales force system, escalating where necessary. Analyzing and contributing to Root Cause Analysis, in order to build process or ?answers? repositories that will ensure a continuing percentage of questions are answered accurately on first contact. 5. Achievement checks & Reconciliation. Performing Bookings vs Varicent reconciliation Check Achievement and commissions calculation. Credit Filter Checks
