Job Summary

What you'll be doing: Develop, define, and drive adoption of policies and processes across our end to end sales cycle Partner with Sales leadership to define project priorities by role Operationalize performance KPIs and build out scorecards and dashboards to drive sales growth and more effective communication Perform data analysis around the sales process, programs, and go-to-market Assist sales leadership with presentation content for quarterly reviews, executive updates, and organizational meetings Drive regional Quarterly Business Reviews Identify bottlenecks related to data and processes and build and implement solutions to achieve productivity improvements using your technical and analytical expertise Drive toward simple, scalable solutions to day-to-day problems, be highly organized, and be able to communicate results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy to understand way Conduct analysis to identify areas for process optimization and work with Sales Enablement to implement solutions Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to effectively drive projects to success, including sales entry/exit criteria, process risk mitigation, documentation and enablement, timelines, etc. What you'll bring: 10+ years of experience within a multinational technology company selling subscription services model Experience in successful KPI design, dashboard reporting, analytics, modeling, and trend analysis to manage a business and drive insight to accelerate information-to-action at scale Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, and MS Office applications Forward-thinking, highly collaborative mindset with a balance of creative and analytical skills Demonstrated mastery of analyzing complex business problems A deep passion for driving operational excellence Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment What success looks like: After six months, you will Be fully onboarded Understand the existing processes from lead to cash and be knowledgeable on how these processes are executed in our system and tools Execute all Field Sales support-related tasks, being the go-to person for APJ Field Sales After about a year, you will Have oversight on when and with who to collaborate in the Worldwide organization Drive existing cadence to success
