Job Summary
- To conduct market research, lead generation & actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Training services
- Set up meetings with potential clients and identify need for Training services
- Participate in exhibitions / conferences for Lead Generation
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- To remain up-to-date by acquiring knowledge and skills for improving sales pitch and maximizing sales target achievement.
- To benchmark sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- To implement national sales strategy by developing field sales action plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manger or relevant role
- Proficiency in English Oral and Written
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with LMS software and eLearning content sales is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passionate for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- MBA in Sales-Marketing or equivalent.
