Job Summary

  • To conduct market research, lead generation & actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Training services
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and identify need for Training services
  • Participate in exhibitions / conferences for Lead Generation
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • To remain up-to-date by acquiring knowledge and skills for improving sales pitch and maximizing sales target achievement.
  • To benchmark sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • To implement national sales strategy by developing field sales action plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manger or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English Oral and Written
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with LMS software and eLearning content sales is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passionate for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • MBA in Sales-Marketing or equivalent.
