Job Description:
● Sourcing candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder etc. Should be well versed with the various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career builder, Indeed, Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc.
● Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
● Full lifecycle recruitment components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
● Understanding the Partner requirements for Candidates and Finding the right candidate with all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
● Should be working with W2 and C2C requirements.
● Other activities may be assigned and/or required as part of above activities
