Job Summary
What you ll do
- End to End Recruitment
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms & job Portal
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Compose job offer letters
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Expertise you'll bring
- Should have minimum 4-8 years of aggressive hands-on experience in talent acquisition
- Should be competent to implement effective Sourcing & Recruitment Strategies for vanilla and niche skills (Strategy for fulling volume and non-volume requirements)
- End to End Recruitment- Requirement Gathering, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Direct/ER/social media/Partner channel handling, HR discussions, Compensation
- Negotiations, Offer making and coordinating the whole recruitment process
- Handling all recruitment activities, analyzing market trends, and establishing pipeline of candidates to full fill resource pool needs
- Minimizing lead time between sourcing and onboarding and maximizing utilization of LinkedIn and referral channels for fulfilling hiring needs
- Stake Holder Management -building & maintaining relationships with key corporate decision makers, timely update on recruitment progress,
- Analyzing latest hiring trends and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning recruitment strategies
- Ensuring accomplishment of set recruitment targets
- Recruitment plan preparation & manpower planning
- Employer branding by utilization of social media channels
- Focus on data driven recruitment, in bound recruitment and keeping diversity in hiring Skill & behavior analysis of candidates
