Job Summary Education:Any Graduate/Post Graduate from reputed Universities/Colleges with 60% of average marks. An MBA from reputed College/University is a PLUS.Skills:
  • A thorough understanding of social media management solutions, content solutions, and digital marketing solutions
  • Ability to develop clear business cases around opportunities for engagement in social and digital media
  • Perform under deadlines in a process-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, Marketing and Sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media, and blogs)
  • Strategize, plan and help with the execution of social media strategies/campaigns for our customers
  • Managing our client s social media presence and engaging communities across relevant social media platforms
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Identify advertising needs
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
  • Coordinate with business partners and internal teams to deliver social media campaigns and solutions
  • Report and analyze the performance of initiatives and campaigns on social media platforms
  • Client interactions to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business and referrals.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and pitch innovative ideas
  • Lead new business pitches and client servicing
  • Thought leadership on digital media by educating internal agency and external client teams at various points
  • Meet revenue targets and drive incremental billing and revenue
