Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in the app portals domain.
2.Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their performance and professional growth.
3.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
5.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
6.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
8.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to effectively position APPORTALS' solutions in the market.
9.Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize sales operations.
10.Demonstrate leadership by staying motivated, setting a positive example, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2.Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the app portals or mobile app development industry.
3.Strong knowledge of the app portals domain, mobile technologies, and market trends.
4.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the app portals domain.
5.Excellent leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a sales team.
6.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and influence stakeholders.
