Team Leader (Sales)
Primary roles & responsibilities include:
Responsible for supervision of overall sales activities
Achieve sales target and manage collections
Develop and manage broker network and channel partner network
Keep check for proper functioning of channel partners
Develop, manage and mentor front-line sales team
Should have prior understanding for sale of residential and commercial projects
Should be capable to initiate sales from pre-launch stage
Understand and review site sales office requirements on regular basis
Arrange presentations and meetings for closing bulk deals with corporate clients
Coordinate with Customer Service/Back Office for documentation
Basic requirements include
Think out-of-box
Good leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of sales planning, execution and competitive analysis
Understanding the customer mindset and product
Excellent communication skills with good academic background
Sales experience in real estate sector, preferably residential projects
Salary : 3Lacs per annum
Qualification : Graduate
