Role

If you are a Talent Acquisition professional who has hired across IT and GTM (Go-to-market) roles, enjoy designing and implementing strategies to attract and hire the right talent and are passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience while meeting business goals, you d be perfect for Pando.

Responsibilities

Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
Proactively identify and address hiring needs.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive relationship management and communicate to bridge gaps between all stakeholders.
Work in tandem with the team and hiring managers to develop, understand requirements and drive the recruiting process.
Suggest and develop strategies that can help build diverse talent and implement full-cycle recruitment to achieve results.
Work on multiple mandates at the same time, each with a different deadline.
Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.
Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs. Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.



Requirements


4-7 years experience in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates.
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
Strong business acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
Experience multi-tasking in a high-tech environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
