Job Summary

Primary purpose of the role
Responsible for generating revenue & profit targets as defined, by prospecting new clients, Up-selling and cross-selling digital services to existing clients.

The ability to lead on matters relating to the business, marketing and communication challenges/ key requirements regarding the client and developing plans to help overcome them.

  • Define business situation/task (Brief):

    State of affairs in client s world and the task they have given us at the moment

  • Arriving at the problem:

    What is the biggest barrier, if resolved will help achieve the client s objective?

  • Opportunity to help overcome the challenge:

    Research and Propose possibilities to help overcome the challenge

  • Define agency s task/role:

    What do we need to do to tap into the opportunity, to overcome the challenge and achieve goals?

  • Thinking proactively:

    Need to think proactively on client s business, bringing a fresh perspective, predicting challenges and hunting for opportunities

  • Measurement of success:

    Must set the right measures/expectations for evaluating the effectiveness of the agency s work in achieving the client s objectives

  • Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

    • Identify new prospects and generate leads

    • Prepare pitch presentations and personally pitching to clients to acquire new business

    • Document project requirements and estimate the solution/services pricing plus delivery timelines along with vertical heads

    • Negotiating with the clients and closing the leads

    • Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities

    • Work with the strategy team to develop proposals that speak to the client s needs, concerns, and objectives

    • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization

    • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly sales activity and performance reports

    • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

    • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements/facts/objectives and working through differences to a positive conclusion

    • Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings

    Requirements

    • 2-5 Years of Digital / Mainline Advertising Experience

    • Proficient with English and Hindi communication (written and spoken)

    • Excellent with pitch presentation skills

    • Socio-politically informed and up to date with pop culture

    • Experience in selling integrated digital marketing services (Consulting, Websites, E-Commerce, Apps, UI & UX, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing etc.)

    Experience Required :

    2 to 5 Years
