Job Summary
Key aspects of this role:
- Lead generation through email marketing (customized emails, mass mailing, etc.) & cold calling
- Sales/Marketing for ServiceNow/any other ITSM tool
- Working with MS Dynamics or similar CRM
- Operating smoothly with Presales, Vertical heads and different stake holders
- Data mining/research
To be the right fit, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with strong listening skills
- Experience working with IT industry.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience working for different markets like USA, APAC, Europe & UK
- Understanding of Technology and ability to grasp quickly
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Being a Team player/ Become the go-to person for any challenges the team members are facing
