Job Summary

Who are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our Insurance Broking company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Claims and Endorsements department, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for managing a team of more than 10 people and providing guidance and support as needed. Role Description & Eligibility- Able to work and maintain relation with the staffs and clients Manage and mentor a team of more than 10 people (Endorsements and Claims) 7+ years exp in Operations and Client servicing (insurance background) Manage operations of health insurance portfolio s of 50crores Coordinating with insurer ,TPAs, client relationship and queries management ,ensuring smooth processing in cashless as well as in reimbursement claims within TAT Handling customer grievances related to services Give continuous feedback to product team to help improve Nova s offering Oversee the daily operations of the Claims and Endorsements department Ensure that all processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently Work closely with other departments to ensure that all customer needs are being met Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the department Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, TPAs and clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate these into operational strategies Work experience- 7+ years of work experience in Insurance Operations across claims and endorsements and leading a team of more than 10 associates Requirements: Strong relations with TPAs and Insurers 7+ years of experience in Insurance Operations (Claims and Endorsements) Proven experience in managing a team of more than 10 people Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
