    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Identify, structure and execute process improvement projects across BUs (BusinessUnit) which optimize one of the strategic levers - cost, quality or time.

    2. Conduct cross functional problem-solving sessions, setup measurement systems, analyze data and quickly arrive at the most feasible and impactful solutions

    3. Drive adoption and adherence of systems set up by process excellence team

    4. To lead and deliver 4-5 initiatives from the Ops Excellence charter/roadmap

    5. Different BUs (Consumer goods, GFB, Railways) are setting up new factories. Each of these factories need structured processes for inventory & production tracking, OTD and P&L management from the initial days.

Requirements

    Key Requirements:

    - 5 years + experience of working experience

    - Must be experienced in managing complex and sensitive operational challenges.

    - Adapt at identifying issues, driving to root cause and able to negotiate solutions.

    - Competent use of statistics related to business improvement metrics and operational performance.

    - Able to define problem statements and required outcomes based on cost benefit analysis linked to business objectives.

    - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with internal customers; foster open upward and downward communication within the organisation built on mutual respect.

    - Project management skills to manage the process of providing excellent operational service (efficient, effective and qualitative), turnaround, and continuous improvement (LEAN, Value chain, QRM, Pareato, 5 Why's etc, etc.).

    - Broad knowledge of operations, outsourcing, and financial management
