Key Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Hotel Operations
- Managing the Guest Experience
- Business Strategy Development & Execution
- Works with Revenue Management team to develop effective pricing strategies, balancing seasonality, economy, customer segments, property objectives and customer satisfaction
- Introduces New Market trends and using diverse In-house sales strategies
- Serves as a passionate brand advocate and verifies that the brand attributes and intent shine through in the guest experience
- Hotel Pre-opening experience desired
- Must be able to manage Owner Relations
- Builds strong rapport with property owners through proactive and on-going communication
- Updating owners with new business initiatives and Guest Experiences
- Provides owners with in-depth analysis of property performance, incorporating Guest, financial and forecast business data
