Objectives of this role
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy to prioritizes growth
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Maintain strategic level relationships with various intermediaries (IPCs, LPCs, Big4s, Consulting firms, trade organizations, etc)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Promote the company s product and services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company services
- Lead Generation - Create a healthy opportunity funnel for a sales team to execute
Skills and qualifications
- Proven record of sales growth
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Preferred qualifications
- 10 Years + Work Experience and 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Sharp networking skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
- Preferred similar BD experience in Real estate
