Job Summary

We are seeking applications from prolific candidates for the post of Assistant General Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Vendor Management across multitple projects.. Your responsibilities:

  • Client acquisition and business development through direct/indirect sales.
  • End to End ownership of Sales activities
  • Design and develop customer experience for luxury segment
  • Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long term retention
  • Design and develop customer development plans and execute the same
  • Regularly perform analysis of sales trends & come up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
  • Work on on-boarding channel partners and engage them effectively
  • Effective utilization of Social Media in sales
  • Penetrate in to NRI markets and effectively make closures
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly reports and communicate with effectively with leadership
  • Expertise in Real Estate Domain and area knowledge of Bangalore is a must
  • Strong PR relationship with ability to reach omni channels
  • Meeting monthly targets in the assigned projects is mandatory


Skill sets/Experience we require:

  • 11+ years of proven experience in real estate sales is preferred.
  • Sound understanding of home construction processes, work sequence, scheduling, and building codes.
  • Problem and conflict resolution skills, ability to prioritize work tasks, and teamwork and customer satisfaction orientation is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, contractors and customers.
  • Professional approach to time, costs & deadlines
  • Ability to manage teams across multiple projects
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and train the team across locations

Pedigree:

  • MBA with min percentage of 70% or above in all academics
Experience Required :

Minimum 11 Years
