Job Summary
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (CA, CA inter) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in the retail or home furnishing sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, retail market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind, capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
